Users may submit reviews and inquiries. You agree not to post false, defamatory, offensive or misleading content. We may remove content at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of premium features.
6. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings, deals or third-party services. Transactions between users and businesses are solely between those parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bindura Connect Deals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
